Last Updated: December 4, 2025

TicketGram ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data when you use our integration between Jira Cloud and Telegram.

1. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we store only the minimum necessary data:

  • Atlassian Config: Client Key and Shared Secret (required for secure Jira API authentication).
  • Telegram Info: Chat ID, Username, and Name (to link your chat to Jira).
  • Settings: Project configuration (e.g., Default Assignees) stored in your Jira instance.

2. Data We Do Not Store

We do not permanently store your message content.

  • Messages & Files: Ticket descriptions and attachments are processed in real-time to create the Jira issue and then discarded from our servers immediately.
  • Passwords: We never have access to your Atlassian or Telegram passwords.

3. Security

All data transmission occurs over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+). All requests to Jira are signed using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) in compliance with Atlassian Connect security standards.
